Is it possible to do changes in Experience, Education, Language sections in Job Application Flow?

Summary:

We have several requirements with Job Application Flow for external candidates.

1)    Current flow when adding experience:

Candidate clicks on ‘Add Experience’ on career site:


Below screen opens:



Candidate inputs necessary data and clicks ‘Done’. So, candidate experience being added.






But experience addition should be like below:

In Experience section, first there should be a question:

Do you have work experience?



     Yes             No

If candidate selects Yes, then ‘Add Experience’ button should be visible and mandatory, otherwise the button shouldn’t be visible.

2)    Employee Country field in Experience section should suggest Azerbaijan as a default country

3)    Start Date and End Date fields format should be like below:
