Price List Default on Add Part Screen

We would like to default the Price List on the 'Part Details' page.

The various attributes for the Price List determination includes OU/BU, Currency, Customer and Service Activity. Is there any specific document that can be referred to what attributes are available to be mapped for pricing? Additionality, how can we pass custom parameters from a SR to default the price list for calculating the price. Does the price list on the Add Parts and on the Estimate always the same or we can a different PL.
