Request Denied message: use incoming mailbox instead of default mailbox?

Summary:

Can the incoming mailbox be used for Assistence Request Denied messages instead of the default mailbox

Content (required):

When a person on BCC responds to an incident, they get the automated Assistence Request Denied message. This message is sent using the default mailbox of the interface, rather than the incoming mailbox on which it was received. Is there any way to change this behaviour?

As there is no incident being created, there is also no way to manage it via rules or other solutions, and I can't seem to find a setting related to it?
