Summary:

Congress passed SECURE 2.0 act which goes into effect on January 1st 2024. Mary Kay which is Oracle cloud customer is impacted by this change. Other product management teams within Oracle Corporation, such as PeopleSoft and EBS, already have position papers. When will Oracle HCM Cloud customers get some communication regarding this from Cloud Product Management.
