Hi All,


Functional manager unable to see functional reports performance document in Prod but in test performance document is visible.


I've compared both Test and Prod role and her is not role/ privilege missing in prod Functional manager.

I've also checked and found no document related eligibility issue for user(functional report), functional report is eligible but still document is not getting shown for Functional manager.

My Team-> Performance Overview-> 

added filter Manager Type:- Functional Manager 

click the name to see document detail

performance document is not available
