What is minimum privilege/role required to generate error PDF file of Import Requisitions program

Summary: While performing requisition import through FBDI, when we run Import Requisitions program with user having buyer role/ BI Administrator role then program is generating error PDF file as expected. But when any of the two roles are not assigned then PDF file is not available.

Content (required): We would like to know the minimum privilege/role required to generate error PDF file of Import Requisitions program without buyer/BI Administrator role (this is not compliant with our company to provide buyer/BI administrator role for the requestor)
