Summary:

Hello,

We're facing an issue with our unrestricted program. The issue is that the benefit specialist enrolls the employee in the unrestricted program with options chosen. Now if the employee goes to self-service and clicks on make changes, he see that the options chosen become unchecked.

Refer to below screenshots:

Screenshot 1 - Benefit specialist enrolls employee. We have greyed out all options in this program except for the additional voluntary contribution. This is where the specialist checks the option and enter a value.

Screenshot 2 - employee clicks on make changes and see that the option 'additional voluntary contribution' is unchecked but the value entered (5%) stays.
