How to automatically synchronize new products added to Inventory Product Master in Oracle CX Sales?
Summary:
Whenever a new item enters to the Item Master Organization in Inventory, this two following processes can be automatically scheduled to synchronize the new items for CX:
a. Refresh Denormalized Product Catalog Table for BI
b. Import Sales Products from PIM Data Hub
Nonetheless, there is a manual activity after that:
For the new products entries on Inventory, they have to import "manually" that new products on the "CX Product Catalog" (inside the Manage Product Groups Task), in order to see and use them for the opportunities.
Is there any automatic process that synchronize this last activity?
