Is it possible to build Security rules per department – all dept employees can see their PR's

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding security rules in Oracle Cloud. Specifically, I'm wondering if it's possible to create security rules that limit access to purchase requisitions (PRs) based on department. 

Currently, each requester can only see their own PR's, or if I add a ROLE with the POR_VIEW_REQUISITION_ALL_PRIV privilege, they can see all PRs.

 However, I would like to know if there is a way to create security rules that allow each department to view only its own PR's.

Is this possible?
