How do I "Complete" many performance documents together?

Summary:

I cannot seem to highlight and choose more than one Performance Document to Complete at the same time. I have many performance documents I need to make Complete however the system does not allow me to choose more than one row at a time.

When trying to Complete or Update Tasks in Performance Documents, we can only choose one row at a time. We can only search on Department or Worker or Manager or Worker Self Evaluation etc. I would like the ability to Complete all Performance Documents currently Open, In Progress quickly, rather than choosing one row at a time.
