How to create Anytime document without from date and end date
Summary:
Dear Team,
As per our client requirement, we need to provide feasibility to our HR to add a Performance Improvement plan to any employee if HR feels that his performance needs improvement.
HR should be able to assign that Performance Improvement plan anytime in the fiscal year.
It's duration should be minimum 3 months and maximum 6 months. And HR can again add PIP plan to same employee in the same year if they are not satisfied with the performance improvement of the employee.
So, to meet this requirement, I tried to create an Anytime document as per the below screenshot:
