Summary:

Infoblox has Voluntary Life - Employee and Voluntary Life - Spouse/Partner plans that require EOI for any increase in coverage amount. We have configured Benefit restrictions to request Proof of good health certification with suspension. The new coverage will be effective from the date of approval and not the original life event date. System is suspending the new coverage amount while creating the previous coverage as interim. Until this pending action is approved, Infoblox is not able to process additional life events as described under the topic "Suspension Results in No Further Life Event Processing" in the document
