The corporate card upload and validation process was completed successfully but did not upload any data to the system

I am trying to import the corporate card transaction from the SFTP server using the Upload and Validation program. The program was completed successfully it looks like it cannot read the file. I am getting the below message in the log. Has anyone encountered this error?
