Quick refer option in Opportunity Marketplace?

In the current internal candidate experience, there is a quick refer option that candidates use by clicking the 3 dots next to the job. I cannot locate similar functionality in Opportunity Marketplace when I view the job tile. Can someone assist in helping me locate this feature for our employees (this is a very popular feature for our Users and would be a huge regression issue if they could not use it!)
