External career site "I Am An Employee/Manage Profile" icons

Our current external career site using the Modern template displays both the "I Am Employee" and the "Manage Profile" icons next to each other, however in the new Minimal template, the "I Am An Employee" icon displays on a hamburger menu. In our career site design, this icon is the only option on the menu. It would be far more efficient and user friendly for the candidate if we eliminated the hamburger menu and simply displayed the two icons using the current design in the Modern Template; this would eliminate the extra clicks for the candidate

Is it possible in the Minimal template to display the I Am An Employee icon next to the Manage Profile?
