Is CREATOR_PARTY_ID of ZMM_NOTES refers to Resource PartyId?

Summary:

I am loading the Account Note from one POD to another POD with following attributes. "CURRENCY_CODE,SOURCEOBJECTID,NOTETYPECODE,VISIBILITYCODE,NOTETITLE,CREATORPARTYID,NOTENAME_C,NOTEDATE_C,NOTETXT"

We are expecting the CREATORPARTYID is the one that creates (Resource) the notes, but when I check the ZMM_NOTES the CreatedBy is the same for multiple CREATORPARTYID. What is CREATORPARTYID and what table I should check to get the details of the CREATORPARTYID? Is it right to use CREATORPARTYID instead of CreatedBy?

How CREATORPARTYID generated in ZMM_NOTES? Is it based on the PartyId of the Resource who created it? If I inserted "#N/A"
