How to extract the values in the address configurable form

Hello,

We have been using a configurable form in the Onboarding which asks the workers to fill in their address information, as it is shown here:

Later on, the HR takes this information and inserts them into the employee's info. But for this process to be done, the HR has to copy and paste each line in order to extract the information. Is there a way to create a shortcut to copy paste all the values in the configurable form so as to make the process of transferring the data faster for the HR? Has anyone done anything similar before?
