Offers via SMS Not Sending
Summary:
Hello - We recently configured Twilio (SMS communication channel) in Oracle Recruiting Cloud in our test environment. I have SMS enabled and everything appears to be working fine. The applicant can select Phone number when they apply instead of email and they do receive the notifications via SMS. The issue we are phasing is when an Offer is being extended. For candidates that have SMS selected as their channel of communication, they ARE NOT getting the offer. For candidates that have Email selected as their channel of communication, they ARE getting the offer.
It is my understanding that regardless of which one you have selected you should receive the offer to your preferred communication channel.
