What allocation criteria to use when allocating checklist to Pending Worker upon move to HR?
We don't want the checklist to have a deferred status when the action Add Pending Worker is triggered. What allocation criteria should we use to allocate the checklist right after the Pending Worker record is created (as soon as the candidate is moved to HR)?
Currently, we are using the allocation criteria 'When the action record becomes effective', but the checklist status appears to be deferred and the proposed start date becomes the allocated date. Again, we don't want the checklist to be deferred.
Can someone explain the behavior of these two allocation criteria when the action is 'Add Pending Worker' or 'Hire'?
