Oracle Commerce Cloud uses performance monitoring agents. From time to time, the IPs used by these agents change. We recommend excluding the IPs from your web analytics tool, so traffic from these IPs does not affect counts and metrics.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We no longer recommend filtering traffic from Thousand Eyes by domain. Our recommended method is by IP (see attached). If you are filtering Thousand Eyes traffic by domain, we recommend switching to the IP method as soon as possible. We also no longer require filtering of oraclecloud.com at the same “level” as we do filtering Thousand Eyes by IP (see “Extra Credit” in the attached document).
