Summary:

The event-based alert in ORA_CHK_TASK_ASSIGNED_CONSOLIDATED is not working when copied to a new template. The task names show as 'Null'

I have tried following instructions on Fusion Global HR: The Task Assigned Combined Notification: Custom Template (same Text As Delivered) is not Working (Doc ID 2850793.1)

Instructions provided on the document were not successful. I have an SR open as well but have not received any feedback yet. I have noticed several other here have had the same issue. Can anyone help provide a solution.
