We have 3 main plan types and in each plan type, there are different plans and options as mentioned below:

1.Plan Type Medical; Plan Names:Medical High;Medical Low;HMO; all 3 plans have same options - EE Only, EE+ Spouse, EE+Children, EE+Family

2.Plan Type: Dental; Plan Names: Dental Basic, Dental Plus; both plans have same options - EE Only, EE+ Spouse, EE+Children, EE+Family

3.Plan Type: Vision Plan Names: Vision Basic, Vision Plus; both plans have same options - EE Only, EE+ Spouse, EE+Children, EE+Family
