Which API Should be used for capturing responses on questions

Which API to be used to capture response of Pre-Screening Questions posted with a requisition.

Content (required):

we attempted to use the questionnaireParticipants endpoint, but that returns no results. Looking at the documentation, it appears that the recruitingCEJobApplications endpoint returns questionnaireResponses information in the response, however, calling this endpoint returns a 401 error.
