Redirect Candidate Replies to a common mailbox

Currently, we are not using Recruiting Booster, however, we are using Send Message action to send notifications to candidates the display name of the email is the name of the recruiter and a lot of times candidate gets confused and reply to that email and it's not going anywhere. Can we use the below field to redirect replies to a common mailbox even if we are not subscribed to recruiting booster?
