Is it possible to make Talent Ratings as mandatory in the performance document?
At present, the line managers have the goals and Behaviors section along with the overall summary in the performance evaluation. To provide potential rating and risk of loss they have to click and move to Talent Ratings. As per the performance evaluation, talent ratings are not the mandatory step, so the managers are not updating the ratings. To enforce this, the business is expecting the talent ratings should be part of the performance review as mandatory.
