Hello everyone,

We are currently testing the option of using both Hourly and Annual Base Salary. As you can see in the screenshot below, this employee is Hourly Salaried. In Base Salary - New Column by default we are able to see the hourly paid amount and we also created a new numeric column: Annual Base Salary New (Base Salary Current*40*52) so we can also see the annual salary.

Although, when I'm trying to propose a salary increase I get the following results:

The proposal columns seem not to be linked with the Hourly Salary (Base salary new) and it only makes sense to Propose Salary Increase Amount with the help of the numeric column (Annual Base Salary New). Shouldn't I be able to propose based on the Base Salary New I see?

Howdy, Stranger!
