Performance & Development Goals not Showing in Original Check-In

Summary:

I created a check-in for a worker who didnot had performance or development goal I later navigated back to the goal plan/development plan and added both performance and development goals. When I returned to the original check in, the goals did not sync into the Check In.

I can see the scetions in the check-in but don't see the goals recently added is this expected?

Expectation is that when I update Goals it should update the check-in
