Override Proof of Good Health Certification

We have the Plan level requirement for Proof of Good Health for Voluntary Employee Life and Voluntary Spousal Life on. After open enrollment, it created suspensions for us while we waited for underwriting. We now finally have some responses back from the insurance company on approvals and denials. So, although, we didn't get the certification internally, the policies are finished in underwriting. How do we override the pending actions for Proof of Good Health so we can move the suspensions to active benefits? There doesn't seem to be an obvious way to do that.
