Externally posted jobs show up on Opportunity Marketlace.How to hide them?

Summary:

When a job is posted only on the external career site, it still shows up on OM as employees can refer caniddates to the jobs. However, the client has disabled the option to refer a candidate or an employee from OM. How can we hide the external jobs from OM? In CUrrent Job, there was a clear seggreation for this as there were separate cards for each action.
