Manage Customers without Manage Data Import

Summary:

Trying to create a read-only AR role with access to customers screen.

Content (required):

Trying to create a read-only AR role. Its already clear that it is not possible and Oracle are not going to move a finger towards this. So, going to create a read-only user with necessary screen access.

However, if i do not include privelge 'Maintain Customers', the corresponding menu item does not appear on the right side menu.

Once i include privelege, apart of 'Manage Customers' i have an additional menu item 'Manage Data Import'. In addition to that multiple ESS jobs appear in ESS jobs list:
