Transferred Performance document and issue in Manager Comments

Summary:

Hi Folks,

Line manager has more than 10 direct reports so transferred few with another person.

Perofrmance flow and issue:

Staff will enter goals then manager should review add comments to goal( when we transferred document, it's not allowing the co-supervisor to enter comments in Goal section of Performance docment only allowing to share/submit).
