Load Historical Performance Documents from Skills and Qualifications to the Performance Section

Hello all,

We have a business requirement in which we should transfer all the data of the Historical Performance Document section that can be found in Skills and Qualifications (Directory):

to the Overall Performance Evaluation of the Performance Section of the Directory:

Is it possible to migrate this data (maybe with an hdl) in the overall performance evaluation of each year accordingly (2018, 2019, 2020 and so on)?
