We have configured the following notifications in Help Desk and they were working fine prior to 23B upgrade. They stopped worked after upgrade. Is someone facing this same issue?

  1. Trigger email notification to agent when SR has been assigned to them
  2. Trigger email notification to agent when SR has been marked as Critical
