We have configured the following notifications in Help Desk and they were working fine prior to 23B upgrade. They stopped worked after upgrade. Is someone facing this same issue?
- Trigger email notification to agent when SR has been assigned to them
- Trigger email notification to agent when SR has been marked as Critical
