Okay, This one has been bugging me for a very long time.
We have people put into Job Profiles and in each job profile there is a learning plan/s. In many of our learning plans there is a sub learning plan that is used across many learning plans/Job profiles. The sub learning plan includes many basics that are required for many jobs.
Okay so here is where the real issue is:
- Someone is placed in one Job profile with a common sub learning plan.
