Absence accrual Plan enrollment date is keep getting updated

edited May 30, 2023 10:20PM in Workforce Management 3 comments

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have a Accrual plan with Frontload balance based on the employee service date. The repeating period is annual, so the balance is getting loaded upfront (say 120 hrs based on the service date) from 1/1/23 to 12/31/23. But later for some employees, the existing plan enrollment is getting end dated and again a new set of 120 hrs is getting awarded with a new enrollment start date.

1/1/23 to 4/27/23 : 120 hrs Inactive - Employee already taken 30hrs of absence

4/28/23 to 12/31/23: 120 hrs Active - again 120 hrs been given

I tried to replicate the issue in Test instances for same employee using Update Accrual Plan Enrollments

Howdy, Stranger!
