We are specifically looking for any additional licensing that we must opt for and the usage of Benefits module

Content (required):

  1. We have license for and are currently using Core HR, Absences, Payroll and Goals and Performance module in Oracle HCM cloud. If we want to opt for Benefits module, do we need any additional license for that? If yes, how?
  2. Considering the above mentioned modules that we already have enabled and in use, any guidance as to how Benefits module would fit with them? How can we utilize Benefits module the most? Any documentation that would help us understand the usage (not the configuration/technical document)?
