Make performance document section visible only for certain users

Hello Team,
I know we have the capability to make a certain performance document section such as flexfield section visible for certain roles from HCM design studio. Can we have the same thing done only for certain users? if not for specific roles?
we have a requirement, where we dont want all managers to see a flexfield section but only some managers. Can you suggest me a better way?
