I need help in hiding Goals and Competency item comment bubbles.  We're only using section comments this year, and need the item comment bubbles hidden for all roles (worker, manager and participants).  Everything I have tried is also hiding the section comment bubbles.  Has anyone successfully hidden item comment bubbles while using the section comment bubbles?  If so, how can that be done?
