Reinstatement of backed out life events

Running the life event participation for our Benefits programs, when adding a new benefit before an existing one, the existing benefit gets backed out.

Is there a way that automatically, after the life event participation program runs, if it backed out a life event then the system can reinstate the backed out life event?
