Start Journey deep link does not work when added to Combining Tasks notifications

Summary:

**Raising this as a question as suggested on SR 3-33232773371**

Client does NOT want two separate notifications for Start Journey and for Combined tasks. So, used the Journey deep link from Start Journey source code notification and put that in the Combined Tasks notification. The deep link for Start Journeys does NOT work when added to this notification but all the other links work fine.
