Is it possible to view change history of objects in OTBI and via REST?

Content (required):

We would like to see what details were changed on some objects we have in Oracle Sales Cloud. For example, we have an Organization and we changed its Organization Name. Will we be able to see what is its old value and new value in OTBI and via REST? We checked VALUE_CHANGE in HZ_ORGANIZATION_PROFILES_ table but there is no value.

We would also like to use this feature in custom objects.
