Is it possible to leverage a third party cookie consent provider, instead of using Oracle's native functionality?

We have attempted to add javascript code to the Career site using the custom javascript functionality, however we are not seeing the script injected anywhere in the HTML...is only specific types of code accepted here? For example, I have seen gtm and google analytics tags injected in the HTML, but have not found an instance of successfully injecting script for a third party cookie manager.
