Can we customize the landing page of Opportunity Marketplace

Summary:

The Opportunity Marketplace landing page looks off when viewing through a browser. Due to the background color, we can't seem to locate the scrolling bar to scroll up and down. The toolbar are background color is also thrown off when scrolling up and down. With 23B right around the corner, we're hoping someone has customized this page to look and feel better, any ideas?

how can we adjust the toolbar to be static, so it isn't getting smaller/larger as someone scroll downs, also we need to adjust the background color in this page because currently the scroll bar is hidden, and it's hard to find it. any help would be great!
