Incident's assigned account email address
Hi,
I'm using Accounts table to get the email address of the agents assigned to incidents. However, the email address being pulled per case/incident don't show the email ad of the assigned agent and I can't identify which transaction it is based upon.
I did try changing the table joins arrangement, but it's not pulling all the cases that have to be on the list. The current inner table joins:
incidents>transactions>accounts>
I have attached the sample report definition for reference.
