Flexible work schedule for a business unit
Summary:
We have a business unit where every first week of the month (first Monday to Thursday) employees work for 10 hours daily from Monday to Thursday and take Friday off.
Normally, they work Monday to Friday for 8 hours daily.
We haven't defined any work schedules but we define the Working Hours and Start Time and End Time on the Position which is then synced to the assignment.
Now, when an Employee tries to submit a vacation in the flex week (first week of the month starting from first Monday in the month) the system defaults the hours to 8 based on regular working hours. But we want the ability to override this to 10 hours as Employee will be scheduled for 10 hours that day.
