We are looking for updating the rating of individual goals. Attached is the screenshot of what we need to update

Please let us know if this is feasible through HDL or HSDL (Spreadsheet Loader)

PerfDocComplete updates the overall section ratings and comments. We need to update the individual goal ratings also
