Auditability of check-in documents.

Currently employees and LMs can retrospectively amend their check-in questionnaire responses without any tracking or audit trail being visible to other contributors.

My organisation is quite concerned about the lack of auditability around editing of check-in questionnaire responses. We believe this poses a serious risk if for example someone tries to use a check-in as evidence in an ET. Quite simply, it wouldn't be reliable. Oracle have advised us it's as per design and suggested we raise an idea on the portal. I'm new to this forum, and somewhat sceptical about the efficacy of raising a change in this way. My scepticism wasn't helped when I discovered that the idea was raised in 2021 (idea no. 578120), it's had 4 comments and
