State tax forms with no Oracle Payroll
Hello, for those customers who do NOT use Oracle payroll, how do you manage state tax forms ? We thought this would still work for our new hires, but apparently it does not if we don't use the payroll module. (We use ADP). We have employees in over 25 different states so this is a big issue for us. Thank you!
