New feature is not working properly as expected.

We just opted in this 22D new feature. The feature states that it sends notification to Work email. However it sends to home email as well if exists. We received complaint from employees about receiving expense notifications to their home email. I opened SR 3-32245473741 with Oracle support. It has been 3 months but no feasible solution is provided. Oracle support is saying that no other company reports the same issue so the feature is fine...
