UAE supplier Trade Licence Number

Summary:

our customer in UAE need to add the below two fields while external registering supplier and after successful registration need these information to be in supplier master information :

1- "Trade license number" and "Trade license expiration date" as a mandatory fields while registering supplier.

2- "Trade License number" to be 15 characters and to be unique.

3- System to send notification to supplier , buyer and supplier administrator when license date expired.

all fields exists we need it so we couldn't replace any existing field . So any advice how we can achieve that ?
